Pro Am Sports strives to deliver 100% authentic, quality product to our guests.

Returns will be accepted 30 days from the purchase date of your order.

* Items must be returned in brand new, re-saleable condition, with all original tags attached and all original packaging intact.

*Some items, such as face masks/coverings, gift cards, custom framing, custom sewing, athlete signing preorders, clearance, and As-Is/Scratch & Dent (SD) items cannot be returned.

Initiating a return or exchange

In store:

Visit us during our business hours with your item(s), receipt, e-receipt, or packing slip, and original method of payment used to place the order.


Please email to request a return authorization number for your order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Pro Am Sports. Once the item is received at Pro Am Sports in brand new, re-saleable condition, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and notification will be sent to the email address on the original order.

Pro Am Sports will not be held responsible for any returned orders that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly suggest you use a shipping method that includes tracking information.
